Netflix has just revealed another price increase

Netflix is once again raising its monthly subscription prices, affecting customers in the US, UK, and France. The cost of Netflix's lowest tier ad-free plan, exclusive to existing members, will increase from $9.99 per month to $11.99, while the premium plan, currently priced at $19.99, will jump to $22.99. Meanwhile, the $6.99 subscription, including ads, and the $15.49 ad-free standard plan will remain unchanged. Netflix's decision to increase prices comes on the heels of its most significant quarter of subscriber growth since 2020, partly attributed to its efforts to curb password-sharing. Spotify’s Premium subscription will come with a selection of 150K audiobooks

Spotify has revealed its plans for the future of its audiobooks offering. The company unveiled a new business plan on Tuesday afternoon during an event held at its New York offices, under which Spotify Premium users will now have free access to a portion of its audiobook catalogue, which includes 150,000 titles in all. The debut show of The Sphere is a sight to behold

The Las Vegas Sphere, a huge, dome-shaped venue covered with more than a million LEDs, hosted U2 for its inaugural performance. The live performance, which featured songs from the band's album Achtung, Baby, marked the beginning of a string of appearances the group would give there through the end of December. As of this writing, the least expensive tickets for the performances that haven't sold out yet start at roughly $400. According to social media footage, performances at The Sphere can be breathtaking, possibly sickening, and unquestionably expensive to execute. Michael Gambon as Albus Dumbledore Michael Gambon, best known to global audiences for playing the wise professor Albus Dumbledore in the Harry Potter film franchise and regarded as one of the greatest British performers by Arthur Miller and others, has died. He was 82. Gambon's family announced his death via a public relations firm in a brief statement released on Thursday. “Michael died peacefully in hospital with his wife, Anne, and son Fergus at his bedside, following a bout of pneumonia,” the statement said.
