The debut show of The Sphere is a sight to behold

The Las Vegas Sphere, a huge, dome-shaped venue covered with more than a million LEDs, hosted U2 for its inaugural performance. The live performance, which featured songs from the band’s album Achtung, Baby, marked the beginning of a string of appearances the group would give there through the end of December. As of this writing, the least expensive tickets for the performances that haven’t sold out yet start at roughly $400.

According to social media footage, performances at The Sphere can be breathtaking, possibly sickening, and unquestionably expensive to execute.
