Renowned British chef Gordon Ramsay, 57, and his wife, Tana, 49, joyfully welcomed their sixth child, a baby boy, completing the Ramsay family.
The news was shared by the 57-year-old MasterChef judge on social media last Saturday, coinciding with his recent birthday.
In his online announcement, Ramsay expressed his excitement, saying, “What an amazing birthday present. Please welcome Jesse James Ramsay, 7lbs 10oz whopper. One more bundle of love to the Ramsay brigade. Three boys, three girls… Done.”
The accompanying photos captured tender moments, with Ramsay kissing Jesse’s head and Tana providing skin-to-skin contact on a hospital bed.
The couple, who exchanged vows in 1996, already have five children – Megan, 25; twins Jack and Holly, 23; Matilda, 22; and Oscar, four. Tana, sharing a photo of Oscar bonding with his new brother, expressed gratitude for their new addition.
Describing the pregnancy as nerve-racking, she wrote, “we’ve made it and we have been blessed with this little bundle.”
She added, “Ramsay family definitely complete. Jesse James Ramsay, we love you so much.”
Well-wishes poured in from celebrity friends, including chef Jamie Oliver, fashion designer Victoria Beckham, and actors Hugh Jackman and Jeremy Renner.
Ramsay’s daughters, Holly and Matilda, also took to social media to share their joy.
Holly wrote, “I’m a big sister again and my heart is so full. @tanaramsay you are a rock star.”
Matilda added, “Feeling so lucky to have another amazing brother and to be a big sister again.”
In June, Tana opened up about a 2016 miscarriage on social media, commemorating the loss of their son Rocky.
Alongside a family photo taken during Megan’s 18th birthday celebration, Tana wrote, “Little did we know, a few days later I would be holding our little boy Rocky – born with a strong heartbeat, but too little to survive.
Although it’s seven years today, it still feels like yesterday. We all miss you every day. We love you, Rocky, forever in our hearts.”
